MoU Signed: Aadim College, Dursikshya, and ICT Frame Magazine to Enhance IT Education and Coding Competitions in Nepal

Ltd. have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on initiatives that will enhance educational opportunities for IT students and foster the development of coding skills among children in Nepal. This partnership is poised to create a significant impact on the future of IT education in the country.
The MoU was signed by the following representatives:
- Aadim College: Shankar Prasad Sharma, CEO. Aadim College, established in 2071 B.S. and affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU), is recognized as a key institution in Nepal’s Information Technology education sector.
- Dursikshya: Krishna Pandey, CEO. Dursikshya, founded in 2020 A.D., specializes in providing online training in areas such as Digital Marketing, Cloud Computing, Project Management, Data Science, and IT Service Management.
- ICT Frame Magazine Pvt. Ltd.: Rabindra Gauli, Outreach Officer. ICT Frame Magazine is a leading IT and technology publication in Nepal, dedicated to promoting technological advancements and education.
Key Objectives of the MoU: The collaboration aims to provide Aadim College’s IT students with practical mentorship opportunities while enhancing the quality and reach of coding competitions for children. By leveraging the strengths and expertise of each organization, the MoU seeks to promote IT skills development among Nepal’s youth, preparing them for future opportunities in the technology sector.
Key Areas of Collaboration:
- Mentorship Program: Aadim College will select IT students from its Bachelor’s program to mentor children participating in coding competitions. Dursikshya will provide the necessary training and resources, and ICT Frame Magazine will handle the promotion and outreach to ensure broad participation.
- Training and Development: Dursikshya will deliver specialized online training in coding, algorithm development, and problem-solving to the selected mentors. This training will include practical assignments, equipping the students with the skills needed to guide young coders effectively.
- Competitions and Events: Aadim College and Dursikshya will jointly organize regular coding competitions for children, with themes, structures, and evaluation criteria collaboratively developed by all three parties. Duration and Termination: The MoU will be effective for two years from the date of signing, with an option for renewal upon mutual agreement. Any party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice to the other parties.
Confidentiality and Amendments: All parties are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the collaboration. Any amendments to the MoU must be made in writing and signed by all parties.
