‘Siddharth Vilasa’ recognized as Five Star Hotel
March 29, Nepalgunj – ‘Siddhartha Vilasa’ of Bhairahawa, operated by Siddhartha Hospitality Group, which has 26 years of hospitality experience, has been recognized as a five-star hotel. ‘Vhilasa’ is a luxury brand of Siddharth Group.
The tourism department has recently upgraded the hotel through on-site monitoring and inspection. According to the tourism department, the hotel operating in Lumbini province has been classified as a five-star hotel and given this license.
The hotel, spread over an area of about 5 bighas, has 85 rooms consisting of one luxury executive suite, 2 suites, 5 junior suites and 77 executive deluxe rooms.
There are five small and big conference halls and five restaurant outlets in the hotel. The hotel has a banquet hall with a capacity of fifteen hundred people, which is the largest banquet hall in Nepal, said Krishna Neupane, Chief Executive Officer of Siddharth Hospitality Group.
Neupane said that within a short period of its establishment, the hotel has been successful in attracting a large number of Indian tourists to the area by doing ‘destination weddings’ and other tourists, and is becoming popular among tourists from different countries who visit Lumbini.
Gym, jacuzzi, steam, spa and other wellness facilities are available in the hotel. CEO Neupane said that 200 people are currently employed, but after the casino operation, nearly 500 people will be employed. The structure for the casino has also been built so that the best casino in Nepal can be operated.
Similarly, Laxman Neupane, the president of the company, said that this hotel will play a big role in promoting internal and external tourism in this region.
Upcoming Plans of Siddharth Group:
Siddharth Group has planned to operate at least 58 small and large outlets in the country and abroad by the year 2030 under the plan of ‘Vision 2030’.
Next year, there are plans to open a new hotel in Dhangadhi in Kailali, Damauli in Tanahun and a restaurant with banquet in Yogikuti in Rupandehi.
Similarly, within the next year, Neupane informed that the Siddharth Riverside Resort on Prithvi Highway is being worked on according to the plan to upgrade it to four stars.
